New year’s eve celebration

Ring in 2019 at Wood & Water! Dinner reservations can be made from 5-9:30pm. Enjoy a delicious pre-fixe menu prepared by the chef. Starting at 10pm, the party will begin with a DJ, dancing, champagne toast and appetizers. 

Early seating (5pm – 7pm) - $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Late seating (8:30pm – 9:30pm) – dj, dancing, balloons, party favors, midnight champagne toast. $140 per person, plus tax and gratuity

-lobster bisque / sherry finish
-escargot en croute / escargot, mushrooms, puff pastry
-crispy squash blossoms / stuffed with ricotta and parmesan, marinara
-house cured scottish salmon gravlax / potato pancakes, crème fraiche, caviar, red onion

Salad Course (choice of)
-arugula, radicchio, endive salad / roasted walnuts, shaved pecorino, fried capers, vinaigrette
